Star rating system relating to customers

Customers are rated by the partners when they end a shift. Partners have the option to rate the customer or not. Should a customer receive constantly low ratings from partners, a decision may be made to suspend the customer by management.

Suspension of Partners For any reasonable reason and without notice, a partner may be suspended. Reasons for such suspension may include but not be limited to client complaints; rating requirements not being met; or default in submission of mandatory documents or expiration of mandatory documents. Partners must appreciate that the welfare of customers is always paramount in any such decision and partner specifically acknowledges the fairness of this provision given the genre of the industry and the high duty of care placed on the parties.
